By booking or using any of our services such as luxury yacht charters, private cruises, scuba diving experiences, drone photography, or any related activity you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. We encourage all guests to read this carefully before confirming a booking.
All bookings are considered confirmed only after the mandatory advance payment is received. The remaining amount must be settled before the trip begins. Advance payments are generally non-refundable unless mentioned otherwise at the time of booking. Rates may vary on weekends, holidays, peak seasons, or during special events.
Guests are required to arrive at the designated boarding point at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Each yacht has a fixed passenger capacity as per government maritime regulations, and exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. Any form of misbehavior, unsafe activity, intoxication, or violation of rules may result in denial of service without refund.
Trips may be delayed, shortened, or cancelled due to weather conditions, technical issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered depending on availability.
All scuba diving activities are conducted under trained and certified instructors. Guests must disclose any medical history such as asthma, heart conditions, recent surgeries, or other health concerns. Swimming is not mandatory for introductory dives. Actual underwater duration may vary depending on weather, sea conditions, and instructor guidance. A liability waiver must be signed before participation. Refunds are not applicable in cases of panic underwater, late arrival, or change of mind.
Drone sessions are conducted in accordance with DGCA and local authority guidelines. Unfavorable weather or safety limitations may restrict drone flights. Guests must maintain distance during drone operations. Goan Yacht reserves full rights to cancel or reschedule drone shoots for safety reasons. Delivery of edited photos or videos generally ranges from 24–72 hours based on package and workload.
Customer-initiated cancellations are usually non-refundable. Any request for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. If a trip is cancelled by the company due to weather, safety, or technical concerns, guests will receive either a full refund or an option to reschedule the booking.
Goan Yacht is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the yacht, equipment, or property during the trip. All safety instructions provided by the crew must be followed at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest from an activity if their behavior poses a risk to themselves, others, or the vessel. This includes intoxication, unsafe actions, harassment, or damaging property. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
By participating in our services, guests grant Goan Yacht the permission to use event photos and videos taken by our team for promotional or marketing purposes. Guests may capture personal photos or videos unless restricted for safety reasons.
All bookings and disputes are governed by the laws of Goa, India. Any legal matters fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
